Employment Background: David has been the Fleet Administrator for the Vermont Department of Public Safety since February, 2003. Before this position, he was a Logistics & Maintenance Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps performing maintenance and logistics at all levels. He retired after 25 years of service in 2002.

Educational Background: International Association of Chiefs of Police: Leadership in Police Organizations. Southern New Hampshire College: Bachelor’s Degree in Business in Technical Management. Hesser College: Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. U.S. Marine Corps Specialized Training: Self-propelled Artillery Mechanic, Leadership Training, Instructor Training, Warrant Officer Basic Course, Ordinance Officer Course, Penn State Logistics Course, Army Advanced Logistics Course, Instructional Development and Command and Staff Training.

Hobbies/Special Interests: David enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his family. He enjoys woodworking, home improvement projects and horseback riding.
