Employment Background: Jerry started with the Pennsylvania State Police, Transportation Division, in 1984 as an Automotive Mechanic. He was then promoted to Automotive Equipment Supervisor/Assistant Fleet Manager in 1996 where he has supervised up to 8 mechanics and one mechanic supervisor. Jerry was responsible for the maintenance and repair of over 400 vehicles based in the Harrisburg area and the processing of up to 500 new police vehicles per year for the entire PSP fleet and is a Ford Fleet Warranty Shop.

Jerry has acted as project manager for all technology upgrades involving the automotive fleet - from installation of mobile office computer systems and mobile video systems to weapons storage systems to ensure the safety of the troopers that utilize these vehicles.
Educational Background: Jerry is a graduate of Palmyra Area High School, Pennsylvania College of Technology (automotive) and has attended many Ford and GM technical training classes.
Hobbies/Special Interests: Jerry enjoys hunting, fishing and family. He is a conventional pistol competitor and President (10 years) of a 2,500 member sportsman's association managing a 140 acre property and many shooting venues.
