Employment Background: Paul’s career in fleet management began in October of 1977 when he entered the US Army as a construction equipment mechanic. Paul rapidly advanced through the ranks, and in August of 1999, he retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 3. After retirement, Paul entered into municipal fleet management, and during the past sixteen years, he has managed fleets ranging from 750 units to a 6,200 unit fleet deployed throughout the 10 Western States and Alaska. Paul is currently the Fleet Manager for the City of Cape Coral, Florida.

Paul is also a devoted member of the NAFA Fleet Management Association. He has held various positions at national level. These positions include CAFM Certification Board Member - 2008-2010, and CAFM Certification Board Chair – 2011-2012. He has also served on the Board of Trustees as the Western Region Trustee from 2012-2015.
Educational Background: Paul graduated in 1985 from York University in Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics. He joined the OPP immediately following graduation. He has attended numerous courses at the Ontario and Police Colleges. He has also continued his formal education with correspondence courses at Dalhousie University in Police Management. In 2008, he began French language courses at a local French language college.
Hobbies/Special Interests: Paul enjoys playing golf and baseball in the summer and hockey and skiing in the winter months. Spending time with the family and traveling as much as possible are also favorite activities.
