Collier County Sheriff’s Office
Since 2004, Sean has been the Fleet Manager for the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.
His responsibilities within Fleet Management include cradle to grave vehicle services.
In 2006, they took over managing of the in-vehicle video systems, radars, and printers - anything that touches the vehicle
including IT related equipment.
As of May 19, 2015, Sean became the Fleet and Procurement Manager.
His new position will still manage Fleet but will also include managing three members of their Purchasing Office.
In purchasing, they are responsible for everything from Inmate Medical contracts, to facility needs, to business cards.
Their days are busy but offer a wide variety of responsibilities.
From 2002 to 2004, Sean was the Fleet Maintenance Foreman for the SO.
His responsibilities included managing work flow in the shop, managing technicians and addressing deputy vehicle needs.
From 2000 to 2002, he was a Master Mechanic. His responsibilities included engine diagnosis,
A/C repairs, and more complicated vehicle repairs.
From 1998 to 2000, he was an auto mechanic and performed daily maintenance repairs, rive up repairs, and auto decommissioning.
From 1995 to 1998, Sean was a truck technician for Sam Galloway Ford in Fort Myers, Florida.
From 1990 to 1995, he worked for Fort Lauderdale Lincoln Mercury which was a Holman owned location.
He worked as an ASSET student and upon graduation; he performed driveability, A/C and Transmission repairs.
Prior to leaving, they instituted an Express Service, much like the modern day Quick Lane used in many Ford dealerships today.
Sean graduated in 2014 from Hodges University with a Bachelor’s of Science-Management degree. He is also a NAFA CAFM from 2011 to present.
Sean received an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology in 2000 from Broward College. He is also a Ford ASSET Graduate, Sheridan Vocational Center – 1992 and is a previous ASE Master Automotive Technician.
Sean enjoys the outdoors – primarily saltwater fishing for snapper, snook and grouper. He also enjoys hunting, riding ATVs and camping.
Sean’s wife is an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan so they have held season tickets for the past 11 years. He most enjoys the tailgating but does enjoy the game as well.
When not doing the above mentioned things, they enjoy spending time with their nieces and nephews.
