Key Standard and Optional Features
Engine - 6.2L SOHC 2-valve flex fuel V8 engine
The E85-capable 6.2L gas V8 features a single overhead camshaft design and dual-equal variable cam timing - advanced features that help optimize power throughout the speed range as well as fuel efficiency. Large, heavy-duty pistons, intake and exhaust valves and a large engine bore diameter also help deliver outstanding horsepower and torque for effortless on-the-job performance* - plus the fuel efficiency you need to grow your bottom line. For power conversion to compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquid propane gas (LPG), Ford offers the flexibility of the CNG/LPG Gaseous Engine Prep Package, available on the F-350 Chassis Cab with the 6.2L V8.** The 6.2L with the CNG/LPG package can be upgraded with aftermarket upfits to bi-fuel capability, enabling it to run on either compressed natural gas, liquid propane gas, or unleaded gasoline.
AM/FM Stereo with Single CD, digital clock and four speakers
An AM/FM stereo with single-CD player, MP3 capability, clock and four speakers is standard in Super Duty® XLT and optional in XL.
Integrated Trailer Brake Controller
Super Duty® Chassis Cab offers an available factory-installed, fully integrated trailer brake controller (TBC) with no installation hassles or aftermarket worries. TBC is compatible with electrically actuated drum brakes as well as certain electric-over-hydraulic (EOH) drum or disc brake systems. Integrated with the ABS and trailer sway control, TBC synchronizes vehicle and trailer brakes for seamless braking, even with heavy loads.
Air Conditioning – Dual-Zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (DEATC)
Dual-zone electronic automatic temperature control (DEATC) allows the driver and front passenger to set the temperature to suit their individual preferences.
