Vehicle Special Order (VSO) provides our customers with Special Equipment and Paint options not ordinarily available on regular production or fleet-only models. VSO offers a means of creating customized solutions for commercial and fleet customers with unique requirements.

All VSO special order codes are entered in the VSO Equipment/Paint trailer screens in CONCEPS for all vehicle lines except F-650/F-750 Super Duty. VSO orders for F-650/F-750 Super Duty are placed in Commercial Vehicle Tools (CVT). Priority codes are not available on VSO orders.
To determine if a special option may be developed, an inquiry must be submitted via CONCEPS or CVT. An inquiry is a request sent to the Vehicle Special Order Department to determine feasibility for new option development.
Dealers and Fleet Management Companies may alter or cancel orders until scheduled status. The Vehicle Special Order Department will assist them with any alterations or cancellations you may require.
