  • Requesting agency
  • Contact name
  • Contact phone number
  • Whether it is a Consignee (CNS) or Dealer delivery
  • Full 17 digits of VIN
  • Make, model and year of vehicle
  • RPN Number
  • Detail of the problem
 

Q2. How do I handle a unit that has been delivered to the wrong location?

A2. You may contact your Contracting Officer (GSA) at 703-605-CARS (2277) and be sure to provide the following details:

  • Requesting agency
  • Contact name
  • Contact phone number
  • Whether it is a Consignee (CNS) or Dealer delivery
  • Full 17 digits of VIN
  • Make, model and year of vehicle
  • RPN Number
  • Location where it was delivered
  • Location where it should be delivered

A3. Please see your copy of the Federal Standards or visit the Vehicle Showroom under the Showroom tab on this website.
**When viewing the Showroom please note all colors may not be available for Government units
