MORE THAN 20 MILLION MILES OF TESTING

The latest generation of the Ford Super Duty® was subjected to more than 20 million miles of testing, under real and simulated conditions, at temperatures from -20 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Powertrain tests replicated going up a 6% grade over 500 miles. Super Duty was also subjected to four-post frame twists, gravel, dust, water, brine, mud baths and even intentionally tested with worn or broken parts. Such extreme conditions often went far beyond what you would likely encounter on your toughest of jobs.

The fully boxed frame, built of high-strength steel with up to 10 crossmembers, is 24 times stiffer than the previous design. The frame is designed to minimize flexing and twisting while maximizing strength and torsional rigidity, and serves as the foundation for the impressive towing and hauling capability of the Super Duty.®

2022 Ford Super Duty® King Ranch® with Vinyl Flooring

CARPET DELETE

To help you protect the inside of your Super Duty® cab, models with standard floor carpeting can be outfitted instead with durable vinyl flooring. Or you can opt to protect your carpeting with available all-weather, heavy-duty vinyl floor mats designed with deep and raised ridges to catch and hold snow, slush or mud. For pickup bed protection, custom-designed, heavy-duty rubber mats are available. Or go with Tough Bed® — a factory-installed spray-in bedliner, which provides a watertight seal that helps resist rust. Tough Bed includes a tailgate guard, black bed tie-down hooks and bed attachment bolts.
