SAFETY CANOPY® SIDE-CURTAIN AIR BAGS

The side-curtain airbags deploy downward and outward toward the side-window openings to protect the heads of front passengers. Roll-fold technology helps the airbag slide between the glass and occupant as the airbag inflates.* (Transit Connect Passenger Wagon shown.)
*Always wear your safety belt and secure children in the rear seat.

CURVE CONTROL

Curve Control helps drivers maintain control when entering a curve too fast by reducing engine torque and applying four-wheel braking to reduce speed.39

ADVANCETRAC® WITH RSC® (ROLL STABILITY CONTROL )

Standard AdvanceTrac® with RSC® (Roll Stability Control)39 uses two gyroscopic sensors to monitoring yaw and roll rates, helping you maintain control whenever it detects wheelslip, understeer, oversteer or roll motion. It also helps maintain control on road conditions such as ice, gravel or rain.

TRAILER SWAY CONTROL

Available trailer sway control39  helps you tow more confidently by automatically determining from the motion of the vehicle if the trailer is swaying. It then takes measures, such as applying precise braking or reducing engine torque, to help you keep both the vehicle and the trailer under control.
