It is the responsibility of the subsequent stage manufacturer or completed vehicle alterer and the vehicle purchaser to ascertain how the vehicle will ultimately be used, if FHA, OSHA or state, provincial or local regulations apply and how the vehicle as completed will comply with those requirements.
